No guarantees

Suggestions may not be accurate, complete, suitable, or effective for your situation. The Countess does not guarantee any outcome, response, accuracy, suitability, availability, or uninterrupted service.

Use respectfully

Do not use The Countess to break the law, harm or harass others, impersonate someone, infringe rights, or interfere with the service or its security.

The service

The Countess and its underlying service, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, you may use the service for its intended purpose. We may change, suspend, or end all or part of the service at any time.

Purchases

Countess Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. If purchased credits do not appear in your account or a technical issue prevents you from accessing them, contact us so we can review the issue and restore purchased credits where appropriate.

Free or promotional Countess Credits have no cash value.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Countess is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the service or its suggestions.
